A New Take on New Years Resolutions

Here is a new take on the New Year’s Resolution, an article from The Art of Simple makes a case for tossing out the idea of making a goal for a whole year and setting goals to be achieved 3 months from now. She says to keep setting these goals every 3 months to help you stay on track with a more manageable timeline. She makes a good case explaining that you may not even have the same goals by the end of each year or half way through you realize that you can be better off spending your time and efforts elsewhere. Before the new year I didn’t even try to think of a New Year’s resolution because it just felt like a lot of unnecessary effort to me, but I might try this idea!
